Developer mode

After an administrator is created, the “Developer mode” can be enabled for them. When that option is checked, some advanced options are enabled for that user in the administration panel:

• Pages can be created/deleted.
• Page elements can be created/deleted.
• Pages configuration fields are visible and editable:
  
  
• Page element protected fields (max_images, min_images, allow_reorder) are visible and editable.

Of course, these options should be changed only by developers, and the code should be adapted for them to work.
